Science Based Cosmology
Astrophysicists, References and Websites
One of the clues that something is wrong with
"standard" Cosmology is that many of the supporting arguments and credibility
are person based ("who says so"), rather than merit or evidence based ("how do they know").
In spite of this I have provided a set of links to leading people as well as the leading arguments for each side of the debate.

Big Bang Proponents
James Peebles "Principles of Physical Cosmology" (worked on CMR and Nucleosynthesis)
Joseph Silk "The Big Bang"
George Smoot (Shared Nobel Prize for blackbody discovery and Microwave Anisotropy)
John C. Mather (Shared Nobel Prize for
blackbody discovery and Microwave Anisotropy
Edward Wright (COBE Team member) (Warning: I am including this site in spite of its bitter personal attacks on physicists and astronomers skeptical of Big Bang. Not only do I abhor personal attacks, they distract from considered thought on the merits of competing science arguments.)
